In December 2008, Catherine Thomson contracted Septicaemia through an 'innocuous' medical procedure. In order to save her life Cath had both legs amputated and lost the sight in one eye. This 62 year old, with an amazing zest for life now faces her biggest challenge.....to learn to walk again and to get her life back. Over the last 12 weeks events have taken place across Gullane, Aberlady and North Berwick to raise funds for equipment that Cath needs. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your support.
